VERIZON SUMMER EMPLOYMENT

Remember the days of scrambling to find summer employment? If you know someone who is looking for a part-time job (20 hours per week) for summer 2006, tell them Verizon is recruiting external candidates for summer Customer Service Administrator positions in the following areas of New York:

• Brooklyn, NY  - 395 Flatbush Ave Ext. - 10 positions to start on May 15 until Oct. 15 and 25 positions to start June 12 until Sept. 1
• Albany, NY - 158 State Street - 10 positions to start on May 15 until Oct. 15
• Troy, NY - 1776 Sixth Ave. - 7 positions to start on June 12 until Sept. 1.

These temporary part-time summer Customer Service Administrator positions offer paid training and starting wage of $8.18/hour with no benefits for Brooklyn. For Albany and Troy starting wage of $8.00/hour with no benefits. Verizon is offering testing at these locations in February and March, including some Saturdays.

• Albany/Troy testing will be held at 158 State Street, Albany, NY
