Biography of Pastor Melwyn A. Bob Mounter
Pastor Melwyn A. Bob Mounter became the Senior Pastor of the Hanson Place Seventh-day Adventist Church in January 2006.
Melwyn A. Bob Mounter was born in Guyana, South America and immigrated to the United States at a young age. He was baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist Church by the late Pastor J.P. Willis, who was then pastoring the City Tabernacle Church in New York City. Bob and his wife, Carolyn, relocated to Hartford, Ct. where they were both faithful members of the Faith Church. It was in Hartford where the "call" to ministry was experienced. Bob and his family left their promising Dental Laboratory business and moved to Oakwood College to prepare for the gospel ministry.

Biography of Assistant Pastor Howard L. Brown
Howard Brown was born to the parents of Byron Brown and Enid Patten on the beautiful Island of Jamaica. He is the second of six children – three boys and three girls. As a child, Howard spent his pubescent years with his Aunt Blossom. During this time, he came in contact with the Christian message but rejected it for fear of being ridiculed as weak, but God was not finished with him.
