Pastor Dr Nigel E. Lewis is the Senior Pastor of Hanson Place SDA Church. He is a native of Guyana. He is a Graduate of Northern Caribbean University; Andrews University; State University of New York at New Paltz and California Southern University where he earned a BA in Theology; MA in Religion; MS in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
Pastor Lewis is an ordained minister of the SDA Church who served as District Pastor & Evangelist in Guyana Conference 1986-1990; Central Jamaica Conference 1990-1998; Northeastern Conference 1998-2018; Youth Director in Northeastern Conference from 2008-2012; Associate Pastor for Atlanta Belvedere SDA Church 2018 - 2020 and Senior Pastor of Stockbridge Grace Tabernacle Church & Snellville SDA Company 2021-2023.
Pastor Lewis is happily married to Verleen, his wife of 37 years. They have two adult children Dr Crystal, who is married to Elder Curtis Luke, and Raynold Lewis who is married to Hillary Jones-Lewis. The Lewis’s have one grandchild, a daughter Lylah Kerry Luke who is 1 year old.
